Data Backup & Protection

All hosting offers come with an external backup solution that copies data to an independent and not permanently connected storage.
This protects the backup from being encrypted if you are hit by ransomware.
The backup runs minimum once a day.

24/t Tech Support

Our certified technicians provide up to 24/7 hardware & software support within a 4h response time.
When a problem cannot be solved remotely, we ensure on-site assistance.

Maintenance & Migration

We perform up to 3 times/year server update (SLES, SAP HANA and all server components of SAP Business One)
System monitoring, migration (databases from Microsoft SQL to SAP HANA), and if necessary repairing of customer databases are included in our services.
