Do you host the necessary machines for me/us? Is the system yours or do you host with AWS or Huawei?




The systems are sitting in our datacenter and are owned by us. iSystems does not use AWS, Azure etc.

Where are your DC located?




We currently host data in 3 different locations: Dusseldorf, Germany; Tampa, Florida; Singapore; and soon in Houston,Texas & Lima, Peru

Do you deliver SAP Business One installed?




Yes, we provide SAP Business One installed.

Is database administration on your side or the client´s / partner´s?




All systems are delivered with a special administration machine. There you will find HANA or MSSQL Studio, RSP, B1 Studio, DTW etc. On this machine you also have local administration rights to install your own tools.

Do you deliver the machines already with Linux and Operative System running?




Everything we deliver is ready to use. The partner nor the customer need to care about the operating system (HANA B1 or anything else). The only things we do not install are B1 add-ons and other 3rd party products. Even office can be provided (subscription is not included and must be purchased and maintained thru iSystems).

What type of prices do you manage, per user or per instance? What type of services do you offer?




It depends on the chosen plan:

Hybrid Cloud: tenant on a HANA server and dedicated virtual servers for Domain Controller, Admin Server, RDP/RDS Server. This plan is based on price/user/month.Dedicated Cloud: full dedicated environment with virtual machines. This plan is based on user/month.Colocation: you purchase a server and we mount that into DC. The software is based on subscription and you have full control over the environment. We usually do not provide the admin credentials as we still maintain and guaranty a reliable service. This service is relevant and has a break even for customers with +20 users.

Do you offer any type of training to enter the system?




Our support team will provide you all the necessary information (credentials, video tutorials etc.) to enter the first time in our system. 

How much memory does your service offer?




For the RDS/RDP server we offer 3GB/user. For the Admin server with B1, HANA Studio, RSP, etc., we offer 8GB.

What does the Maintenance contract cover?




The Maintenance matrix is part of the contract. Depending on the IT infrastructure plan, the service can consist of hardware/software: configuration, update, monitoring, installation etc.

What Backup plan strategy do you offer?




Besides our regular DC data backup protocols and security procedures (data storage, data access and Firewall), we offer:

External backup (additional off-site backup) - a local replication device thatSophos cybersecurity (MDR) - 24/7 Threat Detection and Response service.

Will you restore my system during nigh time? How long does it take?




We provide 24/7 support service on request. The restoration system can take 1-2 days. In case of hardware failure and with no backup plan, it can take longer.
