Last week, the SAP Business One Innovation Summit took place in Barcelona, Spain, and we are still excited. Over 800 SAP professionals from all around the world attended the event. We spoke to old friends, made new ones and took home a number of promising leads. We also got the chance to introduce our new product, the 360° SAP HANA solution, to a wide audience as part of the Sales & Competition slot. Also we saw impressive success stories, innvoations and got the chance to talk to lots of interesting people, including Suse Linux Enterprise represantatives.
On the opening day of the event, April 12th 2016, our Sales Manager Hans-Werner Aretz presented our SAP HANA solution as part of the success story of one of our customers. In the audience: SAP partners, consultants, marketing and sales represantatives and developers. A true milestone for us, as it became clear very early in the summit that this year’s primary topic would by SAP HANA: almost every single panel, innovation story and demo we saw involved this powerful new solution.
In line with the slogan “Use the Power of SAP HANA”, this new technology was once demonstrated to be a powerful tool in dealing with Big Data and the Internet of Things. All enterprises regardless of size can prepare themselves for the digital revolution with SAP HANA. And of course, HANA also remains cost effective – or in the words of SAP themselves: “Would you buy an old car if you can get for the same price a modern one?”
